It is our “oldest” room. It was born in 1976 and it barely had half its current size. After more than forty years and three renovations behind him, he continues to be one of the public’s favorites.
He has seen us grow and, above all, work with a lot of love and dedication
This room was the great settlement that our restaurant had in 1986. It was, with the exception of our last comprehensive reform, the most ambitious project since our inauguration.
A room and a cellar that gave us the ability to take more care of our wines and to be able to offer them in a perfect state of humidity and temperature.
